I was on a lot of other registry websites until I found this one, and honestly, it's the best. Universal registries normally dont allow you to get your benefits back from the other sites (like Target) but MyRegistry does, and it's has made me save a lot of money. The site is very convenient to use, and I love how you can add items on the go with the mobile app. Definitely would recommend this to anyone--it's not like any other registry.
There aren't enough good things I could say about my registry.com. It's incredibly easy, user friendly and makes organizing your registries all in one convenient place quite feasible. The process to create the one stop registry site wasn't long at all. The site is easily accesible for our guests and bridal party to view and order. You can also embed the 'add to my registry' button on your browser which allows you to add anything off the Internet to put on your registry with one easy click of a button
We loved how myregistry.com let you add items from anywhere onto one big registry. It was easy to use, especially with the button you can add to your browser. We did notice that most of our older relatives did not use myregistry and opted to go with the more traditional Bed, Bath and Beyond that we also had. The only downside was that some people got confused when they saw myregistry on our wedding website listed next to our other store registries...they thought that we are saying this is my registry, then listing the stores instead of realizing it was a registry itself. We had to make sure to be clear that it was a separate registry.
Myregistry.com was easy-to-use and a fun option for adding items that couldn't be found at the other places we registered. The only down side was that not many people used it to buy gifts for us, I think most people preferred to buy from a store with which they were more familiar. I think it is a worthwhile site to use, though, of all the items that can't be registered for at the one or two main places people traditionally register.
